A new season started on the tracks today

In cooperation with the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic, we have once again prepared a new seasonal menu for you, turning every train journey into an exceptional gastronomic experience. We draw from the traditions of Czech cuisine and rely on honest ingredients from local regions.

On board ČD Restaurant cars with service by JLV, a.s., you can enjoy this season, for example:

• Tomato cream soup with mascarpone, basil pesto, and Gran Moravia cheese

• Pulled pork in BBQ sauce with gratinated potatoes, cabbage salad with horseradish and carrot

• Zucchini fritters with smoked cheese, mashed potatoes, and beetroot salad

And to finish, we recommend a sweet treat:

• Pancakes with wild berry sauce and quark yogurt
