Easter Menu at ČD Restaurant Inspired by Miss World Taťána Kuchařová


The Easter holidays will be celebrated by JLV, a.s., together with the ČD Restaurant brand, with a limited-edition Easter menu. Starting April 17, 2025, this special offer will be available on selected Czech Railways trains in dining cars with JLV service, until supplies last.


The Easter menu was created by top chefs from the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and honest homemade cuisine. The inspiration for the menu came from a family recipe of Miss World Taťána Kuchařová’s grandmother, which gives the spring menu the scent of tradition, comfort, and a love of cooking.


The offer includes a refreshing young pea cream soup with chickpeas and bacon, followed by a main course – stuffed chicken leg with wild garlic stuffing, served with potatoes, spinach, and glazed carrots. Travelers can enhance their culinary experience with a glass of Moravian wine from the Obelisk winery, perfectly paired with the Easter menu.





Everyone who orders the Easter menu will also support a good cause. For each menu sold, JLV, a.s. will donate 30 CZK to the Krása pomoci Foundation, through which Taťána Kuchařová advocates for dignified aging for seniors.

The Easter menu will be available on Czech Railways’ long-distance trains with JLV dining service, while supplies last.
