Travelling in sleeping cars is becoming increasingly popular. It offers benefits compared with other types of transport – you avoid traffic jams and tedious waiting at border crossings. You arrive at your destination rested, and save on accommodation expenses.

• Sleeper car tickets can be bought together with journey tickets at the international counters of railway stations and selected travel agencies.
• If you have a valid journey ticket, you may purchase a sleeper ticket directly from the sleeping car attendant on the train, vacancies permitting.
