Our company also offers the rental of office and commercial premises in the company’s headquarters in Prague 4. Currently, all the offered premises are leased.

PONT (grocery)

Requirements for premises: commercial space with the minimum area of 60 m2 up to 150 m2 maximum. The ideal plan shape is square, rectangle with not a very complicated layout. Shop window and entrance from the street, good visibility are necessary. Possibility of barrier-free access. We prefer a location at the corner of streets.

Location: ideally at a place of frequented passage of people. Public transportation, bus and railway stops, transfer stations, hospitals, airports, city centers and administrative buildings.

Infrastructure: water line, sewerage, electricity, possibility of HVAC, weak current, place for waste pipes.

Requirements for networks: electric: min. input power required 35 kW / water pipe: annual consumption of 100 m3 / weak current: a telephone line.

Sublease period: at least 5 years with possible options.

Supply: arrival and access required to supply.

Identification of the establishment: the possibility of placing the PONT logo on the establishment and around the location and placing the outside marking of the SAZKA point of sale including an outdoor antenna.

BIO POINT (healthy food)

Requirements for premises: commercial space with the minimum area of 45 m2 up to 100 m2 maximum. The ideal plan shape is square, rectangle with not a very complicated layout. Shop window and entrance from the street, good visibility are necessary. Possibility of barrier-free access.

Location: possibility of placement in a less busy area but with good access from hotspots to 30 meters. Public transportation, bus and railway stops, transfer stations, hospitals, airports, city centers and administrative buildings.

Infrastructure: water line, sewerage, electricity, weak current, place for waste pipes.

Requirements for networks: electric: min. input power required 20 kW / water pipe: annual consumption of 40 m3 / weak current: a telephone line.

Sublease period: at least 5 years with possible options.

Supply: arrival and access required to supply.

Identification of the establishment: the possibility of placing the Bio Point logos on the establishment and near the location.

Fornetti-Caffe

FORNETTI CAFEE (fast food)

Requirements for premises: commercial space with the minimum area of 20 m2 up to 32 m2 maximum. The ideal plan shape is square, rectangle with not a very complicated layout. Possible solution of the over-the-counter sale to a frequented site is necessary.

Location: Ideally near a place of frequented passage of people. Public transportation, bus and railway stops, transfer stations, shopping malls, hospitals and city centers.

Infrastructure: water line, sewerage, electricity, weak current, place for waste pipes.

Requirements for networks: electric: min. input power required 25 kW / water pipe: annual consumption of 40 m3 / weak current: a telephone line.

Sublease period: at least 3 years with possible options.

Supply: arrival and access required to supply.

Identification of the establishment: the possibility of placing the Fornetti Caffé logo on the establishment and near the location.

Pappata_logo

PAPPATA BAGUETTE SHOP

Establishment has a sales area and facilities, disposition according to a particular space. Restrooms and toilets are not necessary – securing the separate (non-public) toilet for sales staff (which can be contractually agreed with the operators of toilets in place of store locations) is necessary.

Location: Ideally near a place of frequented passage of people. Public transportation, bus and railway stops, transfer stations, shopping malls, hospitals and city centers.

Infrastructure: water line, sewerage, electricity, weak current.

Requirements for networks: electric: power supply 230 V, ca. 90 kWh a day, 3x 32 A circuit breaker, ventilation – possibility of ventilation outlet (the possibility to build it), weak current – telephone connection.

Sublease period: at least 3 years with possible options.

Supply: independent access to supply, but it may be designed from sales premises under certain conditions.

The usual amenities: hot water, cashier hardware, storage refrigerators, stock freezer, lighting system, cooling showcase, hot beverage maker, cold beverage maker, cooled desk, refrigerator for production, oven for final baking, roller shutter – opens up a whole sales part (counter).

MOMENTO CAFFE

Requirements for premises: commercial space with the area of 40 m2 – 80 m2 (according to the possible staff facilities).

Location: ideally with large concentrations of people, railway stations, hospitals and shopping malls.

Infrastructure: water, sewerage, electricity.

Requirements for networks: electric: input power ca. 15 kW, 3x 25 A circuit breaker / water: daily consumption of ca. 0.169 m3, maximum annual consumption Qyear=50m3/year / weak current: a telephone line (ADSL min., 2 Mbit).

Sublease time: at least 5 years with possible options.

Supply: arrival and access needed to supply.

Garbage: the possibility of using containers for mixed and sorted waste with a daily export.

Logos: the possibility of placing the logo on the establishment and the surrounding area.

Momento_RESTAURACE_logo

MOMENTO RESTAURANT

Requirements for premises: commercial space with the areas of 150 m2 for the customers (sitting + WC) + ca. 100 m2 for the facilities for food preparation.

Location: with large concentrations of people, stations, hospitals and shopping malls.

Infrastructure: electricity, water, sewerage.

Requirements for networks: electric: input power of ca. 63 kW (without hot water, heating, cooling), fusing 3x 80 A, grease trap (by location); water: the daily consumption of about 6 m3; HVAC: Vp = Vo = ca. 6000 m3/h, heating, cooling.

Sublease time: at least 5 years with possible options.

Supply: arrival and access needed to supply.

Garbage: the possibility of using containers for mixed and sorted waste with a daily export.
